About The Crafty Cabin
We are passionate about encouraging creativity and celebrating individuality. We believe every child — and every adult — should take the time to create and deserve the joy of making something of their very own.
How it all started
The Crafty Cabin was born from a simple love of creativity and a belief that craft has the power to bring people together whilst celebrating individuality. What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving business offering parties, workshops, after-school clubs, pop-up events, and craft packs for all ages.
The Crafty Cabin is a small family run business run by Lorna (aka the Slime lady or the craft lady locally) and her daughters, Olivia and Hannah whose enthusiasm for all things creative is absolutely infectious. Lorna and the team pour their hearts into every session — making sure every guest leaves with a smile, a finished creation, and a little more confidence in their own creativity.
What makes us different
🎨 Creativity for everyone
From toddlers to adults, we design activities that are accessible, engaging, and genuinely fun for every age and ability.
💜 Made with love
Every session, every pack, and every pop-up is put together with care. We never do things by halves — it's always the full glitter treatment!
🌟 Safe & inclusive
All our team are DBS checked and trained in child safeguarding. We create a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels at home.
🏡 Community rooted
We're proud to be part of the local community — working with schools, venues, and families to bring creativity to every corner.
